In this episode, Laura, Amy, and their guest, registered dietitian Jennifer McCann unpack the facts and fallacies around fad diets.  They are often very tempting because they promise quick and dramatic results, but in the end, they are challenging to sustain for any length of time.  Jennifer shares some of her experiences in working in a diabetes clinic, and some strategies she uses to help her clients see that is a more reasonable way to approach weight loss.
